The school is designed to take different learning styles into account: Spanish films can be watched in the cinema room, or there is a library for reading, a study room and two teaching buildings with classrooms.   • Full payment is required to receive a booking confirmation or Acceptance Letter for visa or scholarship applications.
  • No refunds once the Acceptance Letter is issued, deviating from usual cancellation policies.

Cancellation by Students Who Do Not Require a Visa:

  • Cancellation at least 1 week before course start: Full refund.
  • Cancellation less than 1 week before course start: Refund of total course price minus a €150 down payment.
  • No refunds once the course has started.

Cancellation by Students Who Require a Visa:

  • Visa denial: Refund of course and accommodation fees minus a service fee, if a visa appeal is denied or not considered justified.
  • Long-term courses (13 weeks or more): €300 service fee.
  • Short-term courses (up to 12 weeks): €200 service fee.
  • Additional costs include delivery and bank transfer fees.
  • Course credits offered equivalent to the service fee if traveling with another type of visa.
  • No refund for cancellations after the visa is approved or after the course start date referenced in the Acceptance Letter, unless a postponement is requested and granted.

Specific Conditions:

  • Visa denial refund requests must be made within one year of booking confirmation issuance.
  • Students may convert onsite lessons to online if unable to stay in Valencia due to visa denial.
  • No refunds for any courses interrupted or stopped by the student, but a voucher for remaining hours may be issued.

Additional Provisions:

  • Course start date may be postponed if required by the student, without additional costs.
  • Trading or selling of remaining classes is prohibited.

  • No refunds (total or partial) for accommodation listed in the Acceptance Letter if the accommodation dates are blocked to ensure availability.
  • If a student’s visa is denied, the accommodation fee will be refunded unless the dates were specifically blocked by the student to ensure availability.

Partial Cancellation of Accommodation:

  • A penalty fee of €150 is applied for any partial cancellation.
  • If the remaining value of the booking the student wishes to cancel is less than €150, no refund will be given.
