• Social Media Connect: You can sign up for and log in to Extralingo using your social media account (e.g., Facebook). If you sign up through social media, the relevant service will ask for your permission to share certain information from your account with Extralingo, including your first and last name, email address (so we can verify your identity and gender), a link to your profile, your time zone, birthday, profile picture, your ‘likes,’ and your friends list. How We Use Your Data

Using and Interacting with the Platform:

• To manage and maintain your Extralingo account and provide you access to the website and Apps and Services you request from time to time. Your email address is used to recognize you when you sign in to the Platform.

• If you are a social media user and one of your friends signs up for a Extralingo account, we may notify your friends who are already members of Extralingo that you have signed up or make them aware that you might be someone they would want to follow on Extralingo.
• If you are a social media user and sign up through social media, we may also use the information we receive from social media to notify you of or connect you to users you might want to follow on Extralingo. You can choose whether to follow these users and can unfollow them at any time.

Improving and Customizing the Platform and Advertising to Users:

• To analyze the use of the Platform and the people who visit the Website and use the Apps and Services to improve Extralingo and tailor the site to your needs and interests.
• To show you interesting Extralingo advertisements when you visit third-party websites. Children

Extralingo is not intended for use by children.
