Paste the URL and the price you found into the claim form. A screenshot helps if the price only appears after you select dates.
We check and refund
We open the link, compare it against your booking and reply within 2 working days. Approved claims are refunded to your original payment method.
The rules
What qualifies, and what does not
We match like for like. If anything about the other offer is different, the prices are not comparable.
This qualifies
- The same school and the same course or accommodation type
- The same check-in and check-out dates
- The same cancellation policy and conditions
- An offer that is publicly visible online and still available when we check it
- A claim sent within 7 days of your booking confirmation
This does not qualify
- Websites that hide the school or course type until after booking
- Prices unlocked by a coupon code, login, membership or referral
- Loyalty and rewards programme rates
- Offers that have expired or sold out by the time we check
- Prices that are only lower because of a different exchange rate

Questions
Before you claim
How long do I have to make a claim?
7 days from the date on your booking confirmation. After that the price match no longer applies, because course prices and availability move constantly.
How much do I get back?
The full difference between what you paid on Extralingo and the verified lower price. Not a voucher, not credit. The difference in money, back on the card or account you paid with.
How long does the refund take?
We reply to every claim within 2 working days. Once approved, the refund is processed the same day and usually lands within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your bank.
What if the other price is in a different currency?
We convert it using the exchange rate on the day we check. If the other offer is only cheaper because rates moved, it does not qualify.
What if the offer disappears before you check it?
We can only match an offer we can see. Add a screenshot with your claim so we can look into it, but the deciding factor is whether the price is online and bookable when we verify.
Can I still cancel or change my booking after a price match?
Yes. A price match does not change your cancellation rights. The conditions of your original booking stay exactly as they were.
