I studied at this language school for about 4.5 months (with a few short vacation breaks), and it was truly a wonderful experience so I even extended my lessons 2 times.

When I first arrived, I had no knowledge of the language at all, and during my time here I was able to reach level B1. The teachers explained everything clearly, adapted to my personal learning needs, and even took the time for one-on-one conversations to ask for feedback and make sure I was comfortable with my progress and the lessons in general.

I was lucky to have classes with almost all of the teachers, and each of them was excellent. They not only cared about teaching the language but also about the personal well-being of their students. Also I learned a lot about the Spanish culture in every part of the country because the teachers are from a lot of areas.

The reception staff were also absolutely wonderful, always friendly, supportive, and ready to help.

The class sizes were perfect, usually around 4–6 students, which made learning very effective and allowed us to practice a lot. My classmates were amazing as well – it was always a positive, open, and motivating environment. The textbooks provided were useful, and in addition to the lessons, the school also organized extracurricular activities that were always fun, social, and either free or very affordable.

Thanks to this combination of excellent teaching, supportive staff, and a warm atmosphere, I was able to make great progress and really enjoyed every day at the school. I would definitely come back in the future and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn a language in a professional yet friendly environment.

Tia Tula is a fantastic language school in Salamanca. Centrally located, with caring teachers and staff, you are in a great place to stay for a week, a month or more. There is a diverse mix of students from around the world across many different ages, with organised social activities in the afternoons to allow you to meet people. The teachers do a great job of teaching the critical grammar and vocabulary required to progress your Spanish and possibly continue on to do the more formal DELE exams. The structure of the classes means you can learn from multiple different teachers, which expands your knowledge of Spanish and helps you connect to different teaching styles. I loved my time here and was sad to leave!

Very good school, the set-up of classes is good, the teachers are nice, interesting and motivated to ensure everyone is learning and enjoying the courses. Small groups, good supporting materials, and very well located in the historical centre of Salamanca. The reception was very welcoming and accommodating for requests. In short, I highly recommend Tia Tula for everyone who wants to learn or improve their Spanish.

Great school in an incredible city. Tia Tula has small class sizes, interesting teachers and good extra-curricular activities on offer. I studied the intensive immersion course for four hours per day plus one hour of conversation (Tia Tula's 'CICO' option) and found my Spanish improved greatly after being surrounded by the language for so many hours a day. There were on average 7 students in my class, sometimes as few as 3 which allowed you to be more engaged in the full immersion teaching. I fell in love with the city and met some great people at the school - would go again.

Great school! I have had the most wonderful experience. In comparison to another Spanish language school in another city in Spain, Tia Tula offers you high quality, personal and interactive classes. The tutors were amazing, very sympathetic and they knew everyone personally. I have learned a lot during the 3 months!

Recently spent a week at the Tia Tula school in Salamanca. It was fantastic. Carmen and Miriam were superb and the progress one made was significant. Reception staff were also very welcomimg and helpful. Also thoroughly enjoyed the flamenco lesson which was an extra curricula activity. Thank you for an inspiring week and the school is located in the beautiful city of Salamanca. Would highly recommend.

wonderful weeks at Tia Tula, great tuition, good company and interesting events to participate in like a bike tour of the city, cookery class and locals chat in the evening. I recommend it all. perfecto!

I had enrolled for a basic beginner level Spanish course for 3 weeks in November.

The teachers were excellent and keen to help the students with the language.

However, the learning was restricted to only the classroom. No cultural activities were available for people like me who are coming to Spain for the very first time. Not even a guided tour of the tiny town! All the activities mentioned in their website- I did not see even a single one happening in reality.

Salamanca is famous for its beautiful university and cathedral.

Beyond that, there is nothing much to do in this remote town, with scarce connectivity to the rest of Spain.

I had outstanding learning experiences here at Tia Tula! I attended an intensive course (4hr/day, Mon-Fri) for 2 weeks. Teachers were amazing above all, very experienced, and care to address and solve each student's problems. The staff were very supportive and informative. The price is very reasonable. Accommodation prepared by Tia Tula was very convenient and located in the center of Salamanca. Learning at Tia Tula and the living experience in Salamanca were very special. I'd definitely love to come back next summer. Thank you!

I came to Tia Tula to study Spanish for 3 months and think the teaching is outstanding. I attended B1 and B2 classes, as well as taking private classes, so was taught by most of the faculty at some point or other. The teachers really care about each student’s progression and bring a real sense of energy and fun to each class. I would love to return again in the future. I should also add that the school took every precaution to protect students and teachers during the pandemic so I always felt it was a safe environment in which to learn.

I spent 2 months learning Spanish with Tia Tula and it was a great experience. Excellent location, excellent teachers. I had a mix of class sizes during the time from 4 students to approximately 12. They also organise activities for students and it's a great way to get more exposure to Spanish language, history, culture, food etc.
