Course cancellation policy	Maestro Mío cancellation policy General Course Cancellation: If canceled more than 15 days before the course starts, a €150 deposit is charged. If canceled 15 days or less before the course starts, 100% of the total course fee is charged. If canceled on or after the course start date, 100% of the total fee is charged. Special Circumstances: Full reimbursement (minus up to €250 for administrative costs) if a student’s visa or travel conditions are refused. No refunds once the visa is granted or the invitation letter has been sent, except in cases of visa denial. Non-refundable Fees: No refunds for any course or accommodation fees once the course has started. Group Classes: Minimum of 3 students required for group classes. If fewer than 3 students are enrolled on the first day, MaestroMío offers private classes (max 2 persons) at no extra cost, despite their higher value.  Notification of this change is given on the first day. Private Classes Cancellation: Students must inform the school at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations. For classes after weekends or holidays, notification is required by the last school day before the break. Timely notifications allow the class to be rescheduled within the booked period; failure to notify on time results in the loss of the class without the possibility of rescheduling.
Accommodation cancellation policy	Maestro Mío accommodation cancellation policy General Accommodation Cancellation: Full refund if canceled more than 30 days before the accommodation period begins. If canceled 30 days or less before the start, a charge equivalent to 30 days of accommodation applies. After Accommodation Period Begins: No refunds once the accommodation period has started, except in cases of force majeure. Special Circumstances: Full refund (minus up to €250 for administrative costs) if a student's visa or travel conditions are refused.  No refunds once the visa is granted or the invitation letter has been sent, except in cases of visa denial. Changes During the Program: Accommodation cannot be canceled if a student decides to postpone or take a temporary break from any of the programs.
Payment policy	Strict This is an Extralingo preferred policy A down payment of 50% is due upon booking and the full payment is due 44 days before arrival.
Visa information	For Residents of the EU/EEA and Switzerland No visa required to study in Spain. For Non-EU/EEA and Swiss Citizens Less than 90 days: Schengen visa required. More than 90 days: National Student Visa (Visado de Estudiante) required.
