Classes at Proyecto Español focus on communication from the first lesson. Grammar, vocabulary, speaking, conversation and cultural content all sit in the same practical Spanish course. Groups are small, with an average of 7 students and a maximum of 10. Standard group lessons run between 09:00 and 20:00, and your level decides which slot you get. You take a free placement test before you arrive, so you start in a group that matches your Spanish.
The student community here is highly international, and no single nationality dominates across the year. Most students travel solo. The school shares its building with an English and German language school, so you will pass students from many countries in the corridors. The café and canteen areas are where lunchtimes turn social.
