About Enforex
Step inside this recently renovated 20th-century building in Alicante's old quarter, near the City Hall, and the boutique feel is immediate: high ceilings, natural light, and a handful of classrooms built for small groups rather than crowds. Enforex Alicante teaches Spanish close to the seafront, in a setting that keeps things personal from day one.

Your first day at Enforex
Your course begins at 8:00 on Monday morning, when new students arrive at the school to get started. A member of the local team meets you first, helps you settle in, and signs you up for the activities and excursions you want to join during your stay.
From there, you sit a placement test that puts you in the right class for your level, and you leave with a class schedule matched to where your Spanish stands right now. You buy your course books separately, and online materials are included in some programmes.

What you do outside class at Enforex
Afternoons here follow a fixed weekly activity programme, with excursions and cultural outings organised during the week and further trips at weekends. Walking tours, museum visits and historical site tours around Alicante are free to join, as are dance classes such as flamenco and salsa. Some optional extras, including the flamenco course, only go ahead once enough students sign up, usually at least six.

What classes are like at Enforex
Group lessons run somewhere between 09:00 and 17:00, with most classes scheduled in the morning. Your timetable is confirmed on arrival, based on the course and level you take. Each class lasts 55 minutes, and your break grows with your day, from 20 minutes if you have four lessons up to 30 minutes on a six-lesson day.Classes stay small, averaging six students and capping at ten, with up to twelve allowed during the busiest summer weeks. Teaching follows a personalised, conversation-based method, and an online test checks your level before you arrive, so you join one of six CEFR levels from A1 to C2 from day one.

After the school confirms your booking, you pay a 50% down payment within 5 days. The full payment is due 44 days before arrival.

A deposit of € 250 / $ 300 is non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations less than 4 weeks before the start date will incur registration fees plus the cost of 2 weeks of the program.
Cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start date: € 500 / $ 600 cancellation fee. Within 4 weeks: the full amount will be charged.
Cancellations within 2 weeks or 'no show': the cost of 4 weeks of the program plus any booked extras will be charged unless a cancellation guarantee has been purchased.
Special conditions apply for cancellations after the invitation letter for a student visa application has been sent.
All refunds are subject to a 9% administrative fee (minimum € 75 / $ 90). For overpaid amounts, a minimum administrative fee of € 35 / $ 40 will be charged.
No refund for the amount paid for the course/accommodation once the course has started.
