Studying Spanish at CLIC in Seville

Learn Spanish inside a pink historic building on a narrow street in the old town of Seville, where CLIC has been teaching since 1983. Step outside and you're a minute from tapas bars, shops and a corner supermarket, and two minutes from the historic centre itself.

Inside, an Andalusian patio with its own cafe sits alongside 33 classrooms, while a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool gives you somewhere to unwind once class ends. Classes stay small, averaging 8 students and never exceeding 10, taught by native Spanish speakers who all hold a university degree and a teaching qualification.

Right in the historic centre

The school sits a two-minute walk from Seville's historic centre, with cafes, restaurants, shops and a supermarket all within a minute.

Rooftop terrace with a pool

Beyond the Andalusian patio and its cafe, a 500 m² rooftop terrace with a swimming pool gives you space to swim or keep chatting in Spanish once lessons end.

How lessons work at CLIC

Morning classes run Monday to Friday, starting at 09:15. Groups stay small, up to 10 students with an average of 8 in the room, so the teacher can give real attention to your pronunciation and progress. Courses come in 20, 25 or 30 lessons a week, so you can pick the intensity that suits you, and private lessons are also available, either face to face or online. Your level is checked in advance, so you walk into your first class already placed with students at the same stage, from complete beginner through to advanced.

Students you may meet at CLIC

Classes stay small. The room rarely settles into one nationality or one language habit, so conversations naturally slide between accents from a dozen countries. Your first Monday afternoon starts with a guided orientation walk through Seville, a straightforward way to learn the streets around school while putting names to faces before the week gets busy.

Once the walking is done, the building itself does a lot of the socialising for you. The Andalusian patio café is the obvious spot for a coffee between classes. When the sun gets serious, head up to the rooftop terrace, where there is a swimming pool and a chill-out area with a proper kitchen for cooking together rather than just microwaving something. Before you even land in Seville, the school's Facebook group is where a good number of students start swapping messages with future classmates.
