About Linguaviva Florence
The Linguaviva School in Florence is the first Italian language school of this chain and was founded in 1976. The goal of the founders was not only to encourage international students to learn the Italian language, but also for them to get to know the culture and experience Italy. The school is located in a quiet street, but in the center of Florence, located in a beautiful nineteenth century building. Restaurants, cafes and shops are within walking distance. The 16 classrooms have many windows and are therefore light and airy. The medium-sized school also has a small garden where students can enjoy the sun during the break. The motto of Linguaviva is to transfer the Italian way of life to the students as much as possible. The teachers therefore regularly organize social and cultural activities after class. Think of a historic city walk, art tours or Italian cooking classes. Personal attention is of great value at this school and therefore the teachers look at the progress of every student seperately. In addition, there are often friendly ties between students and teachers. The quality of the Italian lessons is very good, the school is accredited.
