Language school Estudio Sampere Madrid

We had a fantastic experience working with Estudio Sampere during our stay in Madrid. They not only designed an academic program that combined a variety of enriching cultural and fun activities, but also carefully assigned each student and chaperone to accommodations that best suited their needs. What truly set them apart, however, was how exceptionally well they took care of us upon our arrival, which coincided with the blackout in Madrid on April 28, 2025. From the director to the teachers and support staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our first day in Madrid, despite the challenges created by the blackout (no communication, no transportation, and uncertainty about when things would return to normal). Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would do it again without hesitation. We highly recommend this school to anyone looking to be well taken care of while learning Spanish in Madrid!

I can’t imagine a better place to have completed my semester abroad and advanced my Spanish skills! The personal attention I received from professors due to the small class sizes was beyond valuable, and I felt that they cared not only about my language development but also my experience outside the classroom. The excursions offered by Estudio Sampere were enriching and taught me so much about the local cultures. The activities offered at the school were equally beneficial and helped me foster relationships with fellow students. Located near the center of Madrid, I always felt safe traveling to and from Estudio Sampere, and it was a prime location to then find a restaurant, head to the gym, or go shopping after class. My class schedule was heavily language immersive but allowed me lots of free time in the afternoons and weekends to explore new places and travel. The homestay set up for me through the school worked out amazingly, and I am still in contact with my host. I completed this program through an exchange with my college in the U.S. but would recommend Estudio Sampere to anyone looking to improve their Spanish!

I have been to Estudio Sampere twice! In college and post college as a working professional. It is a great place to learn Spanish and meet great people. They make class fun and informative while placing you with others at your level. 10/10 recommend!

I studied abroad in July of 2023 and Estudio Sampere was a large reason why I learned so much Spanish in such a short period of time. They prioritize their students and encourage them to break out of their shell with fun conversations and entertaining lessons. Now that I’m back in the states I am trying to find a Spanish school that emulates what Estudio Sampere had to offer. They are truly amazing educators and I couldn’t recommend this school enough.

Estudio Sampere was truly a home away from home for me when I was studying abroad. If you are looking for a place to not only learn Spanish but become immersed in the Spanish culture, Sampere is the place for you. The teachers truly care about their students learning and making sure they feel safe and welcome in a new place. I cannot recommend all of the professors and the school enough. We had the privilege of going on various tours with different teachers from the school and they all were amazing!

I had a wonderful experience studying at Estudio Sampere. Through excursions, classroom activities, and thoughtful, engaging teachers, my Spanish-speaking skills enhanced greatly. Attending Estudio Sampere was one of the best experiences of my life, and I reminisce about it constantly. By the end of my classes, I felt a connection to my classmates and the staff, even if they weren’t my teachers. I was even able to communicate with Russian and Italian classmates, which wouldn’t have been possible before. If you’re looking for a comprehensive Spanish-learning experience, I suggest enrolling at Estudio Sampere

I attended Estudio Sampere Madrid in 2018 and still think about this place all the time. I found them on Youtube on a whim, and choosing this program was one of the best choices I’ve made in my life. Not only did I learn the language, I gained an immersive experience into the Spanish culture, history, and lifestyle. The skills I gained in Spain have made me competent in my career to this day, and I feel that I could confidently write this review entirely in Spanish, thanks to every single wonderful teacher there (especially my favorite, Raquel). I am forever grateful to Estudio Sampere for giving me a safe place to learn, express myself, and create lifelong connections with fellow students and the people of Madrid.

I’m finishing my last week in Sampere, I’ve been here full time for a total of 9 months now with both grammar classes and conversational classes. It’s a very friendly environment and all staff and teachers are great! I like that the place is quite small, it makes it more personal. And I will always have a special place in my heart for our amazing and charming professor Ado😄💜

My experience studying abroad with Estudio Sampere was more than I expected. The teachers were amazing and made sure we understood the material by encouraging us to interact and review with our peers. Wouldn't choose any other school to study Spanish with. I hope that if anyone is considering attending they go ahead and make the decision to go. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing school, very nice teachers and helpful staff. I stared my classes in September with 0 spanish and now I am B2 in spanish going C1 by the end of the month. and a lot of activities, last week we went on bicicleta tour around Madrid

I have taken over 50 Spanish courses at Estudio Sampere, and I have been very impressed each time by the quality of the experience. The teaching was consistently of a high standard, and the excursions were excellent. Additionally, the arranged accommodation was completely satisfactory. I would strongly recommend Estudio Sampere. They are a small organization that takes personal and supportive care of their students.

I had a marvelous experience with Estudio Sampere Madrid. Over a month, the program improved my Spanish skills immensely, and I also had the opportunity to explore the city and other regions of Spain. The best part of my time at Estudio Sampere was my host placement: my host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and more than two years later, we still talk almost every day. As a college student, I highly, highly recommend Estudio Sampere Madrid!

I was diverted to Sampere by a friend of mine who took 6months of Spanish classes with them.

I personally took private classes from Aida and Raquel every weekend for about 4months. Also have been in contact with Alicia throughout my course. They all were extremely helpful, very friendly and professional at the same time. Both my teachers had a customized approach for my needs. Very structured teaching method and easy to digest, with enough repetition and practice. Studio manager would also call me once a month to follow up.

I had to quit in the middle for personal reasons and I was refunded the remaining course fee with zero hassle. I genuinely think good people are managing and working in this place. Good as in person, and very good in their profession. That’s a rare combination.

The staff here is incredible! They're very friendly, professional, and they ensure that the students are very well taken care of. The classes are fun and the professors keep the content highly engaging. I highly recommend attending if you wish to improve your Spanish or even just wish to learn more about Spanish history/culture. Even if you speak little Spanish, they will meet you at your level.
