Course cancellation policy	Linguaschool Barcelona cancellation policy Cancellation Refunds: Up to 28 days before arrival: 100% refund minus the greater of €250 or the initial deposit. From 28 to 14 days before arrival: 100% refund minus €250 plus one week's accommodation fee. From 14 days to 2 days before arrival: 50% refund after deducting fees for one week's course, accommodation, airport transfer, and special program. No refund if only one week was booked. Less than 2 days before arrival: No refund. Modification of Reservation: Modifications (e.g., postponements) must be requested in writing and are subject to availability. A non-refundable fee of €50 may be charged if the modification is granted. Once a modification is confirmed and the revised fees are paid, the reservation cannot be cancelled. Additional Details: If cancellation fees exceed the amount paid, the student must pay the difference within 14 days of cancellation.

Visa information	For Residents of the EU/EEA and Switzerland No visa required to study in Spain. For Non-EU/EEA and Swiss Citizens Less than 90 days: Schengen visa required. More than 90 days: National Student Visa (Visado de Estudiante) required.
