About the school

Don Quijote language school is located in the historic centre of Valencia. The school building is a cultural highlight, being the former location of the art centre Círculo de Bellas Artes. Despite the historic building, the interior is very colourful, modern and well-equipped: there is a computer room and free Wi-Fi throughout the building. The language school is located in the authentic El Carmen district - perhaps one of the nicest and most fashionable neighbourhoods in Valencia- where you will find unique boutiques, concept stores and the nicest bars. Young Valencian artists can also be found here, along with the finest street art and a number of cultural centres. Don Quijote has language schools around the world which guarantees that the lessons are of high quality.

Valencia

Valencia (/vəˈlɛnsiə/; Spanish: [baˈlenθja]), officially València (Valencian: [vaˈlensia]),[2] on the east coast of Spain, is the capital of the autonomous community of Valencia and the third-largest city in Spain after Madrid and Barcelona, with around 800,000 inhabitants in the administrative centre. Its urban area extends beyond the administrative city limits with a population of around 1.5–1.6 million people.[1] Valencia is Spain's third largest metropolitan area, with a population ranging from 1.7 to 2.5 million depending on how the metropolitan area is defined. The Port of Valencia is the 5th busiest container port in Europe and the busiest container port on the Mediterranean Sea. The city is ranked at Gamma+ in the Globalization and World Cities Research Network.[3] Valencia is integrated into an industrial area on the Costa del Azahar (Orange Blossom Coast).
