The Extralingo Promise
# Compare with confidence.
Book with peace of mind.
Every school on Extralingo is certified and carefully selected. Prices are transparent, reviews are verified and your booking is handled securely from start to finish.
So instead of wondering whether the school is any good, what the price really includes or whether your payment is in safe hands, you can focus on the decision that matters: which language trip suits you.

## Everything you need to choose with confidence
Picking the city is the easy part. The harder questions come next: is this school actually any good, what is really included in that price, and what happens the moment after you book?
The Extralingo Promise answers those questions before you commit. Every step of comparing, booking and paying is designed so you know exactly where you stand.

## Learn at a school you can trust
Every school on Extralingo must meet our standards before students can book it through the platform.
We look for recognised certification or accreditation, a professional learning environment and clear information about courses, teachers and student support. The result is a shortlist worth comparing, not an unfiltered directory of every school with a website.
Compare locations, teaching styles, class sizes and who else is in the room. Every school in that comparison has already cleared the first quality check.

How schools are selected
## Carefully selected, not simply listed
Offering language courses is not enough to land a school on Extralingo. Before a school can be booked, we work through the things a student actually cares about.
1. 1 ### Certification checked We verify that the school holds certification, accreditation or membership from a recognised educational organisation.
2. 2 ### School information reviewed We review the school's courses, teachers, facilities, services and student policies.
3. 3 ### Booking conditions verified The school must provide clear pricing, cancellation conditions and booking information.
4. 4 ### Quality monitored We use student reviews and experiences to keep assessing every school on Extralingo.

## Reviews from students who were there
A review is only useful if you know the writer actually studied at the school. Extralingo reviews come from students who booked and completed their trip.
An average score tells you little on its own. Read the reviews and you learn what the score cannot show: the atmosphere, the teaching style, how well the school is organised and the kind of student it suits best.

### Take your achievement home with you
Finish your course and your school awards you a certificate: official proof of what you've learned, and something to bring home with pride.
### Compare where schools really differ
Destination and price are only the start. Extralingo puts class sizes, age mix, facilities, accreditations and student life side by side. So you know what your weeks at a school will look like before you choose.

## Know what you are paying before you book
Two schools can quote very different prices for what looks like the same course. Course intensity, registration fees, materials and accommodation conditions all vary from one school to the next.
Extralingo brings those costs together so you can compare schools on equal terms. Before you book, you see what is included, what is optional and how the total is calculated.
**No vague estimates. No unexpected costs afterwards.**
